Common Questions
"Why don't I see the PM view toggle?"
The PM view toggle only appears for Admin users. Authors and Editors see their role-specific dashboards automatically.
"How are 'stuck' items determined?"
Items are considered "stuck" when they've been in the "In Review" status for more than 3 days without action.
"Can I customize the dashboard?"
The dashboard layout is standardized by role. You can filter curricula, but the sections and their order are fixed.
"How often is progress updated?"
Progress metrics update in real-time as content moves through workflow states.
"What if I have multiple accounts?"
Each account has its own dashboard. Use the account switcher in the main navigation to switch between accounts.
"Why don't Recently Edited items include author names?"
Currently, the system tracks node modification times but not which user made changes. For detailed audit trails, check individual node history.
